Your New Home in Uptown Phoenix Awaits!

Looking for a roommate who’s more than just a person to split the rent with? We get it. We’re two clean, chill guys in our 30s who work in tech, and we've got a fantastic private room available in our Uptown Phoenix home. You’ll have a shared bathroom, and a great space to call your own.

We’re into into personal growth, great conversation, and a healthy dose of fun. On any given day, you'll find us at F45 or lifting at EOS, diving into books by Mark Manson or exploring new worlds through Sci-Fi and Fantasy. We're all about candid, nuanced conversations—whether it's about philosophy, ideas, or just the day's events. We also love to get out and go social dancing, from West Coast Swing to Latin rhythms.

We're looking for someone with some great main character energy who will be an awesome addition to our crew. If you're someone who enjoys lively conversation, is cool with our early bedtime on weeknights (around 10:30 PM), but knows how to cut loose on the occasional weekend, you'll fit right in.

Bonus points if you're up for a game of Super Smash Bros or Age of Empires 2 (we just ask that you leave Kirby and the Byzantines off the roster). We host a monthly board-game night with friends, playing everything from Werewolf to Codenames.

I have two rooms for rent and would love to rent to college students, nurses, professionals, and others who are looking for accommodation from month to month o to 3 month to 6 month leases. Longer leases for the right fit.
